Calling all cheese lovers! Back by popular demand, we have another Cheesemaking class to enjoy. Participants will learn to make and take home fresh and marinated cheeses in this class including haloumi, lemon cheese, 30 Minute Mozzarella, marinated labne balls and marinated fetta. Lots to try during the class as well including wine of the week tastings! Cost is $150 per person including nibbles during the class, recipes and cheese to take home. Payments via direct deposit or paypal.
